Human Capital Intelligence is a privately owned staffing firm that has experience in both domestic and international markets.  Together we leverage our expertise in digital media and technology industries to bring a more competent approach to assess and deliver on our clients’ needs.

The idea behind HCI started after our founder was contacted by a staffing company about an opening.  During the conversation it became clear that the recruiter did not understand their clients needs and the overall online advertising industry.  Not only was this a disservice to the staffing firms’ client, but the likelihood that our HCI founder would have been placed was slim.  He thought there had to be a better way.  And HCI was born.

Once HCI was founded, we made a commitment to focus only on our areas of expertise.  As the world economy continues to expand, categories are becoming more specialized and smaller.  That is where HCI can make a positive impact on your business – where we specialize.
